Our care packages are as individual as the people we work with and include but are not exclusive to:

Morning, lunchtime, teatime and bedtime visits.

Washing, showering, bathing, dressing.

Encouraging & administering medications.

Ordering & collecting prescriptions from the pharmacy plus returning unused medication for safety.

Helping with a to-do list, laundry and ironing.

Client shopping, supporting with food and hygiene standards.

Preparation/planning assistance with meals and gentle encouragement to consume food and liquids.

After calling every Care Provider in York finally Elite Community Care Answered. I spoke to Sandra the registered care manager who then came straight out to my mothers home to meet us all that evening.
